Dr. Nicole Auckerman

Dr. Nicole Auckerman earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, with an emphasis in ecopsychology. Her work integrates equine-assisted practice, somatic and experiential approaches, and depth-oriented psychology to foster connection with self, others, animals, and the natural world.

At the heart of her work is a desire to address what she calls the “epidemic of isolation”—the growing sense of loneliness and disconnection in modern life. She also trained with physician Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry, deepening her approach to trauma, presence, and relational healing.
